Pendock SafeHeat LST radiator guards were originally designed and developed in the early 1990’s to meet the demand for a reliable, easy to install radiator guard system for hospitals, care homes and other healthcare applications where hygiene and cleanliness are critical.

Innovation has been a consistent part of our range since the start. The introduction of our unique convection baffle plate system enabled us to achieve and maintain surface temperature standards that meet British Standards and NHS Estates guidance notes on radiator surface temperatures, across our range.

The latest upgrade to our guards is the additional benefit of an antibacterial powder coating to aid the inhibition of bacterial growth.  This includes the deadly MRSA, Salmonella, Ecoli and C Difficle. This is applied as standard across the SafeHeat LST guard range, to give even greater protection and complement existing hygiene procedures.
