Preformed plywood is lightweight in comparison to alternative materials, yet it is an extremely strong product. And once finished with a hard wearing surface such as Formica laminates, you can be sure that the column casings will require minimal maintenance and will stand the test of time.
Because they are supplied complete and pre-finished they eliminate all wet trades and can be quickly installed by joiners, making them ideal for any fast track project where time is of the essence.
Conventional post formed timber products and site made column casings can often vary in the final finishes quality, which could be down to the joiner, the dry liner, the plasterer or the decorator.
