The Pendock range of metal casings is supplied as a complete system, (including an integral carrier system, joint infills and mullions). It has been designed to offer specifiers and clients alike a product that is unsurpassed in terms of quality, finish, shape and design options.
Due to its metal construction, it can be treated as a noncombustible building element and all surface finishes achieve Class O spread of flame.
Casings are pressed with computer operated machines to ensure shape and dimensional consistency. The Pendock range also incorporates a fixing system which is simple to use, offers accessibility to services behind the casing and eliminates all visible fixing, so that all forms are as pure as possible.
Our standard ranges consist of both circular and square casings, though the opportunities to create more complex shapes and designs are almost limitless. Our design team can explore these possibilities with you in detail. Pendock’s metal products consist of circular casings in 9 standard diameters and square column casings in 9 standard sizes, available in standard heights of 3m.
All flat, curved and corner casings are designed as factory finished modular units to ensure a high level of flexibility and consistency of detailing.
The standard jointing arrangement provides a 20mm recess which can be left open or infilled with one of the following:
- Black gasket
- Coloured gasket
- Metal infill to match the casing finish
